Before designing homes for clients, Anica was figuring out how to make her own home feel like hers.
Once it did, she saw how much a well-considered space changes the way people actually live in it.
That instinct became training, and training became Essencia Interiors:
7 years spent helping clients across Australia furnish homes that are unmistakably their own, backed by certification with The Interior Design Institute and two years honing the craft as a freelance designer with Milray Park.

Genevieve was leaving a family-sized home in Greensborough for a brand-new apartment in Alphington, in a complex so unfinished she couldn't get inside to take a single measurement.
Every centimeter mattered and none of them were known.
We worked with the site manager to get access, repurposed a table she would otherwise have replaced, and ran the entire design together, remotely, while she worked full time.
The result: a unit that became a home she enjoys living in

No. Almost nobody does. Working it out is the first thing we do together, and it's the part most people end up enjoying most.

Both. The design process is done remotely but if measuring is required or if the client feels better that I visit the site, this is fine.

One space can be turned around as quickly as two weeks, however the client would need to be responding fairly quickly when a task is asked of them. Same with property styling, but one week can be also achieved.
A edesign client with one space can take three to four weeks if there are more than five items to source. A two bedroom apartment with open plan living, two months plus.
